By completing your purchase you will secure your place at SOS '10. If you have clicked in error due to misspellings, quantities or types of passes ordered you may send us an email within 48 hours and we will rectify your purchase at no charge to you.

Your pass is transferable, however we will need to issue a new print-at-home ticket, in which you'll incur a price difference which reflects the current price of the pass. If you wish to cancel your booking completely, you will may do so at the following stages with the following consequences:

- Cancel within two weeks of making your booking and you will receive a 90% refund (if greater than two weeks)
- Cancel before two weeks of the event taking place and you will receive a 50% refund
- Cancel under two weeks of the event and you will receive no refund

Important: Wristbands will be issued from Friday night through Sunday night and one will be given to you on arrival. The removal of the wristband void the actual band and you will be asked to pay £20 to issue a new one if your name is in database system. The new wristband can only be issued during the registration times over the three days and not after.

Please ensure to bring the print-at-home ticket and bring a photo id with you as well (anything with a picture and your name as per payment).
